Does Good for Others
Sharing resources, including knowledge, instills a sense of community, responsibility, and personal power.

Our Philosophy

Exchanges for Transformation
Befriending people from a different culture transforms lives, breaks us open to new possibilities.

Partnership
Each school has its own challenges and strengths. Yo Ghana! schools work as equal partners to help each other grow and prosper.

Local Initiative
Yo Ghana! does not simply give money away, and we don't want any buildings named after us. But if your school has started a project, from strengthening your library to traveling to your partner school, we would be honored to help.

Service
Everyone can help someone. Our projects enable people from both sides of the world to improve each other's lives.
