Angel’s Academy

Angel’s Academy is a private school in Suwutoum, on the outskirts of Accra, Ghana’s capital and largest city. The school was founded in 1993 by proprietor Ernest Opoku-Ansah and was run for several years with no tuition or fees out of his living room. The school eventually expanded to junior high school and still subsidizes the educations of many students from low-income families. Yo Ghana! began working with Angel’s Academy early in 2014.
